La bella citta, the eternal city, la dolce vita. Why not, it is one of the world's great cities and the old centre of the western world. For all that you will already know about Rome there is nothing like visiting the city itself, it's rare, undeniably impressive and subtly imposes itself on you with its refined and easy appeal. Going out in the evenings will be plenty of fun with bars and restaurants everywhere, the hotels can be expensive (but we have some excellent deals) and the activities are best concentrated around football. Multo buono!
